I Built This for the Woman I Used to Be.

And I didn’t build this from a pedestal. I built it from the damn floor.

From the heartbreaks that cracked me open.
From the breakdowns I didn’t think I’d ever come back from.
From the years I spent trying to be what everyone else wanted until I didn’t even recognize myself anymore.

I’ve coached leaders, artists, big names, led women's retreats and I’ve also stared at my ceiling wondering if I’d ever feel alive again.
If I’d ever fully trust myself.
If I’d ever look in the mirror and say, “There she is. I really like her.”

I’ve done the deep healing.
Sat in the discomfort.
Burned it all down.
And rebuilt it brick by messy brick.

This isn’t theory. This is lived truth.
And now I’m giving it to you- raw, unfiltered, and from a woman who will never tell you to "just think positive."
We’re going in.
